3Install your signature
New Outlook (Windows / Mac / Web)
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Outlook go to Settings (⚙) > Accounts > Signatures.
- Click + New signature, name it
Bonds, click inside the edit box and press Ctrl+V (Mac: ⌘V). - Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then Save.
Classic Outlook (desktop)
- Click Copy signature above.
- Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures…
- Click New, name it
Bonds, click in the edit area and press Ctrl+V. - Choose it under New messages and Replies/forwards, then OK.
- Tip: if images look fuzzy, in the signature editor they can be left as-is. Outlook downloads the crisp hosted versions when sending.
Gmail / Google Workspace
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Gmail open Settings (⚙) > See all settings > General > Signature.
- Click + Create new, name it
Bonds, click in the box and press Ctrl+V. - Under Signature defaults select it for new emails and replies, then scroll down and Save changes.
Apple Mail (Mac & iPhone)
- Mac: Copy the signature, open Mail > Settings > Signatures, create one, untick "Always match my default message font", and paste.
- iPhone/iPad: Apple's mobile Mail only supports basic signatures reliably. Easiest path: email yourself a message from an account that already has the signature, long-press the signature in the received email, Select All, then Copy, then paste into Settings > Mail > Signature.
